Gateway I
Returning to the body and grounding
When the mind spins fast, the breath grows short, and the ground feels far away. These practices gently bring attention back into the body, and the body back to the Earth.
Guided practice
Here you will find guided meditations, to listen to whenever you feel the need. Some last a few minutes, others take their time. All were born of my practice: nearly thirty years of meditation, and years spent accompanying people on their path.
These meditations are a gentle doorway. Sit, or lie down. Let the voice do the rest. Nothing to prepare, nothing to achieve.
I have gathered them into four gateways, so that each person can find what speaks to them in this precise moment. Enter through the one that calls you.
Gateway I
When the mind spins fast, the breath grows short, and the ground feels far away. These practices gently bring attention back into the body, and the body back to the Earth.
Gateway II
To accompany the passages of daily life — on waking, between two moments, before sleep. Meditations that offer a point of support within the movement of ordinary life.
Gateway III
The new moon invites us to turn inward. The full moon calls us to let go. These meditations follow that natural rhythm, and remind us that we are part of a movement far greater than ourselves.
Gateway IV
Meditations to touch something beyond the individual alone — the soul, the beauty of the world, the living. For those who feel a longing toward more depth or meaning.
These meditations are a threshold. If you wish to explore further, you will find all of my practices on these platforms.
