Workshop in Paris · 7 & 8 November 2026
Reclaiming the light of the roots
There comes a moment in our lives when we hear a call. A quiet but persistent call — that of our ancestors, of the Earth, or of that part of us that remembers where it comes from.
This call does not ask us to go back and revisit everything, but to enter into relationship with the story that precedes us. To feel it, to recognise it, and to draw from it the stability, confidence and light we need to continue on our path.
7 & 8 November 2026 — limited places.
When something in you longs to reconnect with your roots
Sometimes, in the hollow of silence, a call to return to the essential makes itself heard. To that living bond that connects your existence to those that came before it. The need to belong then becomes more tangible, almost physical.
Perhaps you sense that a thread has been lost. That something is missing in the continuity between what you are living and where you come from. And yet, a part of you knows there is more. An inner movement is seeking to remember.
It is the impulse of a vaster story, one that cannot be reduced to pain or lack. Then comes the desire to make peace with what came before you. To recognise not only the wounds, but also the strength, the dignity and the beauty of those who passed life down to you.
When the bond grows quieter
Sometimes this bond becomes more subtle. It can seem distant to us. It can show up as a fatigue, a tension, or a feeling of not being quite « at home ». These sensations point to what, within us, has not yet found its place.
In the same movement, something calls for repair. An impulse toward more clarity, to connect yesterday and today without losing ourselves.
It is in this sensitive and fertile space that we will meet. There, where the memory of the past touches the awareness of the present. A threshold toward the light of the roots.
Finding the thread of life again
To return to the ancestors is to return to the source. It is to feel the continuity of the living through you, like an older weave circulating from generation to generation. It shows up in the breath, in the warmth of the body, in what is seeking to relax and to trust.
This inner movement reminds us that, beneath the stories and the ruptures, life has never ceased to flow through you. It opens a space to meet what precedes you, not as a weight, but as a presence.
For whom is this workshop ?
This workshop is open to anyone who feels a call toward their roots — whatever their spiritual tradition, or absence of one.
No prior knowledge of genealogy is required, nor any experience of ancestral work. Openness and presence are enough.
A foundation to go further
This first workshop on the ancestors in Paris lays the foundations of a stable and nourishing bond with your maternal and paternal lineages. It will allow you to recognise the healthy roots you can lean on before going further. A second workshop will then deepen this exploration: there we will invite the voice, the vibration and the more recent memory.
You will be able to leave with a renewed sense of belonging, the awareness of a vaster weave, and the feeling of being accompanied by a benevolent strength that has supported you all along. It is in this spirit that I accompany you: with listening, clarity and respect for each person's pace.
A path that continues
The February 2026 workshop was a first crossing, centred on the maternal lineage. The November workshop explores the paternal lineage, with the same approach, the same caring container, and a different anchoring.
Each of these workshops forms a complete space in itself. It is not necessary to have attended the first workshop to join this one. For those who experienced the February workshop, this weekend offers a natural continuity: deepening the bond with the other lineage, and allowing the two roots to meet.
Approach and accompaniment
A grounded and caring approach
This workshop is rooted in a therapeutic and somatic approach to the bond with our ancestors. It draws on embodied presence, emotional regulation and the resonance of the group as a space of transformation. I designed this workshop as a space of presence and emotional regulation, nourished by more than twenty years of experience in accompanying individual, ancestral and collective trauma. My intention is to enter into relationship with this story, with gentleness, respect and curiosity. The group becomes a living space where each person can find their own way.
My approach is rooted in the teachings of Thomas Hübl, whose work includes a deep exploration of transgenerational memories, and in the transmissions I received from Solea Anani.
What you will experience over these two days
Over these two days, you will be guided to reconnect with the allied ancestors of your lineages, those who keep alive the strength to love and to protect life. Through meditation, listening and the presence of the group, you will learn to feel this light as an inner support. Not to erase what has been, but to find again a living, solid, grounded foundation.
A safe and living setting
- Guided meditations, introspections, group sharing and time for integration
- Work through the body so that memories and emotions can find their place and circulate
- Voice, drawing, gesture or simple movement, according to the group's impulse
- The group acts as a witness: it supports, it resonates, it soothes. It co-creates.
To reclaim the light of the roots is to remember that life has never ceased to flow through us.
Over this weekend, it is about letting life take its place again. About feeling the presence of the ancestors who dwell within us, the solidity of the Earth beneath our feet, the shared breath that connects us to all that lives. A moment to remember that we are not alone. That our roots are not behind us, but within us, ready to nourish the path ahead.
If this workshop resonates, you can also discover the monthly Pause d’Essentiel circles as a space for regular practice.
