Transparent Communication practice group

Transparent Communication is at the heart of this practice group. It comes from the teachings of Thomas Hübl.

We meet to explore presence, relationship, deep listening and attunement, within a safe setting that respects each person's pace.

Developing a trauma-informed culture

This group is for people who wish to develop a way of communicating that creates more connection, clarity and human closeness.

This approach integrates an understanding of trauma in order to create a safe framework. In this way, we can offer people the care and support suited to their past experiences.

The skills we will develop

To approach personal, ancestral and collective trauma, it is important to begin by strengthening our « vessel ».

The key skills here are presence, active listening, attunement, the capacity to be a witness and transparent communication.

In a practice group, we grow through meditation, self-regulation and co-regulation, a deeper expression of our authenticity and the intimacy of our connection with the divine. We learn to apply these in our daily life and to work with the challenges that naturally arise along the way.

Transparent Communication

It allows us to develop relational skills. It is indeed a practice not undertaken alone, but in relationship with others, in everyday life.

How can we relate to others in a way that awakens us, individually and collectively ? How can we together create a space of presence where, respecting the pace of each person and of the collective, we can bring to light what was until then unconscious and keeps repeating ? These are some of the questions we will explore, taking into account the experience, the pace and the richness of each person.

What will we do ?

  • Co-create a space that fosters presence, awareness and integration
  • Set a framework that gives each person the safety they need in order to practise
  • Meditation to ground and synchronise body, emotions and mind (the practice of the 3 synchronisations)
  • Practice in small groups in dedicated breakout rooms
  • Sharing in the larger group for those who wish, knowing that every voice counts and matters

Within the Pocket Project

The Pocket Project is a non-profit organisation dedicated to developing a trauma-informed culture of care. Its mission is to contribute to the global movement of restoring fundamental health and dignity.

Pocket Project — an organisation for a trauma-informed culture of care

You and me : what draws us close, what sets us apart

Through practices in triads and the exploration of otherness, we learn to notice the inner movements that shape our perception of the other : as near or as distant.

We will be able to recognise the moments when the other appears as an inner enemy. We will also be able to recognise the moments when relationship opens a possibility of meeting and of mutual enrichment.
